Authentic Men Bible Study Groups

Bible Studies – Open to all, our Word of Life Academy (WOLA) holds various studies each semester especially for women. With offerings on Sunday evening, Monday evening, and Thursday morning, there is a seat for you! Childcare is provided on Sunday and Thursday only. Click here for more information and online registration.

Titus 2 – Is a mentoring community for the ladies of Cary FBC modeled after Paul’s directive on how to disciple believers. Each September, you will be paired with a mentor plus 1-2 other mentees to build trusted relationships and to encourage each other in your journey with Christ. Groups will meet on a monthly basis to discuss Biblical topics and how they relate to us today, how we can face issues with godly grace, and, most importantly, uplift each other “…so that in everything, {we} may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior” (Titus 2:10). Online registration coming soon!

Ladies Breakfast – Is our annual Mother’s Day morning celebration. It is a fun time of food, devotions, and raffles! Guests are welcomed and encouraged!

Christmas Tea – Typically held in November, ladies will decorate a Christmas-themed table for tea among friends. It is a sweet time dedicated to getting to know our new female church members.

At First Baptist Church, we know our adults as “Happy Hearts!” We are a big part of the many on-going programs of the church.

The Happy Hearts meet the first Tuesday of every month for fellowship, education, and inspirational programs. We gather at 11:30 am, in the Dining Hall, for a luncheon and the program. We bring a covered dish: vegetable, salad, or dessert, and pay $2.00 each to go toward the cost of the paper products, meat, drink and bread.

During the third week of the month, the Happy Hearts typically go out for lunch together, take a day trip, or a several days trip going to various places of interest. We have taken cruises, gone on mission trips and have been involved in various mission activities in Cary.

Generations, a choir for adults of any age, rehearses the first and third Tuesdays of each month, at 10:30 am in the choir room.
